NEW Silk Creamy Cashew.
Super delicious.

I have always loved non-dairy alternatives and I am a huge fan of Silk’s almond milk. I am making a big change in my life and reverting to healthier and clean eating. I am trying to get back to my healthy lifestyle and I just so happened to hear that Silk has added a brand new flavor. A perfectly nutty and creamy milk made from cashews.

Of course, I was intrigued and since I am an dedicated almond milk lover, I just had to try it! I was pleasantly surprised when I took my first sip. It was creamy, nutty and with a tiny hint of sweetness–definitely not overpowering.

Nutritious Pudding?
Yes, indeed!

All you need is NEW Silk Creamy Cashew, quinoa, vanilla, raisins and natural brown sugar.

Most days, we prepare our proteins ahead of time. On days when we get lost in the bustle, I look to quick and easy ways to get our protein in. Quinoa is a super food since it is a complete protein, it is even easier to digest than meat. Plus, NEW Silk Creamy Cashew has as much calcium as dairy milk with only 60 calories per serving, 33% fewer calories than skim milk.

While I love the earthy taste, my kids, not so much. With this Creamy Cashew Quinoa Pudding, you’re sure to please and get their protein in. Not to mention, it’s dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free. So, even if we skip a protein during meal time, they can have this for dessert!

NEW Silk Creamy Cashew is only available in Canada right now and not only is it amazing by the glass, it is perfect for your creamier recipes, such as ice cream, mashed potatoes, soups and more.

My journey to a healthier me is going to be a long one but, with Silk as a staple in our home and the NEW Silk Creamy Cashew as a new favorite, I am hoping that it will be a permanent one.
