I’ll take it! As many of you know, stevia is my sweetener of choice. I use it for my daily cup of coffee, in my cocktails and mocktails, for baking and more!

Strawberry-Limeade Anyone?
I know that Back to School season is upon us and is well underway but, I don’t know about you, I’m holding onto the last days of summer. I’m enjoying the last week of summer by drinking a refreshing Strawberry-Limeade sweetened with the NEW Pure Via Stevia Liquid Sweetener. After all, the sun is still shining and technically, autumn arrives on September 23rd.
I took inspiration from one of Pure Via’s delicious recipes, Strawberry Lemonade and adapted it to my own liking. They have a variety of drinks that you can use their NEW Pure Via Liquid Sweetener. I am loving the ease of using this form of stevia, it’s easy to use at home and even better when I am out and about. It is much easier to have it in my purse when I buy a cup of coffee now. I don’t have to resort to using artificial sweetener and can just add my Pure Via Liquid Sweetener in seconds. Did I mention that it tastes great?
- 2 cups (500 mL) hulled fresh strawberries OR frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed, drained
- 1 cup (250 mL) fresh lime juice (4 to 5 limes)
- 15 packets Pure Via sweetener
- 4 1/2 cups (1.125 L) water
- Ice Cubes
- Fresh whole strawberries
- Granule Pure Via stevia for rimming glasses
- Rim your glasses with granule stevia.
- Purée 2 cups (500 mL) strawberries in a blender.
- Add lime juice and Pure Via Liquid sweetener, blending just until combined.
- Pour mixture into a pitcher.
- Stir in water. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place a few ice cubes in each of 5 tall glasses.
- Pour in strawberry limeade mixture.
