What to Eat at Chipotle on Weight Watchers Freestyle
One of the biggest struggles of losing weight is feeling deprived. Deprivation leads to desperation, and then you break. I know that when I feel less deprived and excited about food, I find it easier to stick to a healthy lifestyle.
What I love about Weight Watchers is the freedom to eat what I love and what I love is Chipotle Mexican Grill. The first question I asked myself was, “What to eat at Chipotle on Weight Watchers Freestyle?” Chipotle lovers, read on.
Above all, the goal for me is eating small meals that are lower in points. That way, I can spread my food out more and always feel full. So my goal at Chipotle’s is to tone down on the extra calories and just enjoy the taste!
That and getting healthier, right?
